Meeting: Learn about Italian Wines – SA Style
24 August Italian Wines – SA Style
Italy is the new France! South African wine styles are changing. There’s a move from away from some classic Bordeaux to Rhone varietals/blends to wines using the excellent Italian cultivars. We don’t have to import from Italy when our own winemakers are using grapes such as Pinot Grigio, Nebbiolo, Sangiovese and Barbera. I shall be picking out an exciting and enticing mix of white, rosé and red wines for us to explore and enjoy.
RSVP Essential. Please fill in form to attend.
